    Default What kind of training programme?

    I'm new to badminton and was just wondering what kind of training programme you guys suggest i undertake in order for me to improve my ability.

    Personally, I think if u r totally new to this sport, u might need to consider to attend a group lesson first. If possible, try to get into a club with good reputation, which offers group lessons with reasonable size of class and price. Base on ur current skill, select the group which fit for ur skill lvl. This way, u won't feel bored or being rushed. Then, learn the fundamentals step by step.

    However, if u want to speed up the process and willing to pay the extra $$$, a personal trainer might be a bonus, as of s/he can focus on urself rather than 15 others at the same time.
