strength and condition: do we need this?

    will help you in every sport and in even in everyday life

    do you need it? depends on your goals and time

    you probably don't need the heavier weight training, but having whatever muscles you have and toning it, you might benefit from that. the most important muscle group in my opinion is the core muscles. in most sports, i feel that when i'm on top of my weight training on my core muscles, i perform better, with endurance as well as power.

    in terms of badminton, core muscles are very important to you. besides power in your stroke, they also give you stability between the upper and lower body.

    when in doubt, do situps?
