Hello everybody... I'm a newcomer to this forum.. And these lovely darlings are mine; 00095 / 12000 and 00580 / 12000 Johor, Malaysia
Hi everybody, I am new to these forums and have recently purchased a zf-88 however I have a feeling it could be fake the serial number is 12090/12170 and cone number 121022TW, I paid around $220 AUD for this racket and would be upset if it were fake if anyone can help. Thank you.
Uh oh.... unless Yonex decides to release another 1000 more of the rackets, this doesn't seemed good.....
Well i hope they did but I doubt it, the racket itself seems too good to be a fake however thats coming from someone who has not seen a real zf-88 yet. However I do own a fake Arc fb and that was easy to tell that it was a fake poor decals and the racket head was not even straight.
My vtzf 88 says its 11836/12170. I believe it to be genuine, I paid £150 for it and its Taiwan coded. I assume yonex just decided to produce an extra 170 for a certain market. What distribution code is yours?
My vtzf 88 is also taiwan coded, however your serial has me confused, if correct, would mean that Yonex decided mid way though production of the vtzf 88 to make another 170 and than adjusted every racket to reflect this.
As foo.tw racket is also Tw coded I believe as you said yonex decided to increase production numbers slightly and therefore increase the serial number to show this. As the rackets are right at the end of the range this probably was a late decision. At least I don't think we have to worry about the rackets being fake and they may even be rarer
Hi Voltric Z-force 88 limited edition owners, I would like to know if the serial number for this collectable item is always the same : 121022 regardless what country it is designated to (ie. 121022TW, 121022US, etc). And do they come with a certificate of authenticity when we buy it new from a yonex store? Any reply is greatly appreciated. Thks.
That is the cone code, not the serial number xxxxx/12000 . And given a production of 12000 rackets then it would almost certainly not all be 121022TW/US, etc.
