tension different for each person, now i'm finally found that 27lbs too high for me w/ bg-66, the crisp sound when get fresh new string is awesome, but after sometime it already turn down on everything. The sign when tension is too high: your wrist, arm and elbow starting get hurt after play. Now i've enjoy most w/ 25-26lbs max. w/ bg-66.

    sound: not boom... but duarrr...duuaarrr
try it and feel it it's better than just asking, everyone has his own perception

Not need, on video you can't tell the difference. The main difference is the smasher.

that's right it's not about the sound, it's about the speed..
just cut the current string, try new bg-66 string, feel the sound
sorry, i couldn't make video record, u better try it urself than hearing what other people told u, everyone has different intrepetation about sound and feel, but for speed drive bg-66 still the edge surely for me

heyy guys I wonder if you knows can predict when a bg 65 will snap at 23lbs tension?? Right now it's about 20lbs.. LAME.. Will it show frays or will it just snap? Btw predict it in weeks or months. I play about 3ish hours a week. I could play more =) but later.

From your profile, you're an intermediate to advanced player. Why are you still playing at 20-23 lbs? Why do you care when the string break? Do you wear your shoes until the shoes are totally broken down, or wear socks until they are bottomless? Look around, do car owners change to new tire only when their existing tire totally worn out and blows up?

It's not that I care about that. Why at 20-23lbs it's not my fault tad's strung these racquets already I would have choosen 24-25lbs tension. I care when it snaps because my parents won't let me change the strings until the snap.

u can rub the main with a key until one string break. Faster if u use a box cutter or a scissor.

just cut it out hahaha.... or use cutter till almost snap, then play it till it snap
once i have my bg-65, after 10 years still not broken, it's because never use it for play, then i cut it and replace w/ bg-66 hehe..
azn_123 dont take this game so seriously, it just a sport
