court rage
I don't know what happened to me today, but I just went into a kind of silent rage in the sessions today and just wanted to blast the shuttlecock into bits every time it came anywhere near me. I don't think I smashed so much in my life. Wish I had used my sotx w7 rather than my apacs l90.
Phew I'm glad the session is over now, though.

i guess it is OK if the rage is aim towards the shuttlecock. but don't have a rage on your partner and opponents.
everyone have their good and bad days.

Guess this doesn't sound logical to you but this happens. Good way to blow off some steam
