Lightbulb Best wide Badminton/Volleyball shoes in the UK?

Hey, so I've recently started playing badminton and volleyball again and am badly in need of some new shoes.

I was wearing a UK size 12.5 pair of Yonex SHB-200's. Is there a replacement for this shoe? Or a better but similar fitting shoe?

My foot is 29.5cm long, 11cm wide and I have flat feet. I also weigh 105kg (230lbs) and will be playing badminton and volleyball 2-3 times a week.

Don't worry about the price, I'm happy to pay for a good shoe.

    Any recommendations?

Mizuno shoes are wider than yonex shoes, and they have some extra wide models too. Mizuno have both volleyball and badminton specialised shoes, you should check them out; they sound like they might suit you. Although I can't say anything about comparisons to yonex shoes as I found the yonex shoes too narrow for my oddly shaped feet.

Those are not wide feet, any normal model at that size should do. But the SHB-SC5 and SC6 are more or less the replacement for the SHB-200
Mizuno badminton specific models are a.) not sold in Europe and b.) don't come in that size (28.5cm max)

I have very wide feet and I'm wearing these with some ironman insoles http://www.directbadminton.co.uk/Pro...o#.UWA-jjWoGbE

I play 7-10 hours a week in them.

Hmmm i was worried you would say that, thats the same shoe i have just bought and they are not comfy due to my clown feet. Nowhere near as comfy as my old Yonex SHB102MX. Did yours take some wearing in?

I am concerned having worn them around the house a few times and played 1 singles session that i may have to change them.

I dont have massive feet, but still a fairly wie front for an asian dude. I've tried a few different shoes (lucky I work in a badminton shop so I do have the luxury).
I still went back to the Victor SHB9000ACE...nice wide front, good support for the arch.
The new Yonex LCW limited edition ones felt good too, but the Victor ones still felt better. Try and get your hands (or feet) on the Adidas BT Feather range. Great adiprene support.
