Before i get flamed.. hear me out

    I recently bought three racquets
    AT900 Power - strung with Nanogy 95 @ 24lbs
    NS9900 - strung with BG80 @ 23lbs
    VT- ZForce - Nanogy 95 @ 24lbs
    AT500 (older) - BG80 24lbs

I noticed with the AT 500 and NanonSpeed that the (headlight ish / at500 feels pretty balanced to me) racquets felt much less powerful strung at the same tension, these racquets had no sound, no power in the smash (consider my self decent club player at an intermediate / city level) and medium control

with the head heavy racquets i noticed with 24lbs, felt very good control lots of power, and good hitting sound and good control

am i missing something , is there a corelation between these two things. should i be strining the nanospeed closer to 26lbs?

    thanks!!

If you want the Nanospeed and AT500 to "behave" and play like their head-heavy cousins, just add LEAD TAPE ... easier, cheaper and more effective than playing around with string tensions ....

Yes i agree with this - i find that i have to swing harder and put more effort into smashes on my even balance Tantrum 300, compared to my head heavy Lethal 70 or VT80.

But I duno if a higher tension will help much, it will still be headlight/even balance, you will only have to swing even faster to hit a sweet smash

    How about string.

Sound like you love NGY98 more than BG80.
