I think MAS only represented by LCW. Isn't KKK/TBH coming back to form? Or the Indonesian feels their MD pairs are comparable to MAS pair, don't need to give them extra Chinese New Year Red Packet.

It is because Hendra Setiawan and Ahsan is from different club. Hendra from PB Jaya Raya and Ahsan from PB Djarum. It is a competition between clubs in Indo badminton scene.
