    Hi.
I have nike court shuttle V shoes. Are they good for badminton?
Plus, the non marking outsoles have gotten dirty maybe because i wear them while going to the sports complex and returning. Can the dirt on the outsoles cause any damage to the court surface(the courts i play on are green synthetic courts)? And how can i take care of my shoes?

Only wear your shoes when you are in the court... always change to slippers or other shoes before leaving badminton court. Definitely the dirt/small stones can cause damage to the rubber court. That is why actually only non marking shoes are allowed. It can also damage your rubber outsole

are they good for you, if they are, then they are.

the key is to wear them only inside the gym, my shoes are only worn inside the courts and not even to the bathroom. then after every session, i take sanitary wipes and wipe the soles of dirt and dust. i also leave it in the trunk of my car when i'm done and let it air out till the next session so the inside of my shoes never smells either.

I think it depends on what shoe. For badminton shoe, honeycomb outsoles like to pickup stone or sand. Good in grip but very sensitive to dirt. Whereas those volleyball or squash shoe, less sensitive and good news is the grip is there.Normally i will go to toilet and try to rub on the floor with little water.
