Hello everyone. I'm Steve and I've recently got back to playing badminton after stopping a few years ago. I play twice a week and am looking to improve my game. There's alot of valuable info in this forum and kudos to all the members for their efforts.

Cheers Pakito. Yes, I need to do more warm ups and stretching now. Few years is a lot of difference LOL.
