Check for any crack at the 11 o'clock. Another possibility is that the stringer increased a few lbs for the tieoff.
I would suggest to restring at lower tension to see if it's the same. Good luck.

If there is no crack, imo it would be fine. The tieoff at b10 looks strange. This may have caused the warp. Try tieoff nearer to the top at b5.

Do you know if a load spreaders are used? Especially at 28 lbs which is considered slightly higher than normal.

No i don't. I left it overnight to string. Yeah, 28 is pushing it. Well the shop is a rising company and i have strung there before and trusted them with my racket. But aft this, not anymore.

My guess would be due to the fancy tie off at the top. If were to follow the mostly recommanded tie off at a5, I think this warp could have been prevented.

Curious question. Can the tie off cause so much pressure on the frame that it would warp?

Once had a friend's 8DX string break while in case @27lbs, until don't know how long then I took it out. Head warped.

Cut it immediately, and left it to rest. Warp disappeared. Phew.

I'm not saying that the lower tie off will cause the racket to warp. I've tried it a few times and see it once or twice especially having a extra cross at the top. For myself, I will not try any fancy tie off holes.

Tie-off away from the center mains has its reason IMO. There was once I was pulling too hard with a starting clamp during tying off and the main where the knot was snapped. I think it was a ZMm62 string. Tying will make the main become thinner at the knot, and thus become prone to snap at the knot IMO. So, I always tie off at the 10th main, away from the center mains. I hope it makes some sense.
