Are you kidding me o_O Why the Australian? So many other events come to mind that would be better.... US Open for example, as that would finally bring the SS to America (yeah, I know Australia is technically a continent). Or the Swiss/German which have much better attendance....ah well.
Got to say that I agree with the decision to take away China's 2nd SS t'ment when there are whole continents that don't have even one^^

If the US don't bid for a Superseries, then it won't go to the US

Let's see. Perhaps Adidas are using this last China Masters as a test event to develop the experience in sponsoring a SS event. Which then comes to, which Superseries event can they sponsor? The Australian SS immediately springs to mind as all other SS events have developed 'partnerships' with their regular sponsors. As evidence, one can see the London GP (a new event), has Adidas sponsoring it....

Maybe it will be called Li Ning Adidas China Masters or Adidas Li Ning China Masters, depending on which company contribute more.

Li Ning might have pulled out. They have been having cash flow difficulties (I read from newspapers last year).

It's unlikely to have two equipment sponsors for one event. I think the BWF link has made a mistake and left LN there accidentally.

It's quite unusual that a sponsor would be announced just a few days prior to the event. Li Ning must have pulled out at the last minute. Li Ning is not doing well financially.

Wow hopefully they will drop prices and increase sales. Only reason I haven't tried a Li-Ning is cause their prices seem artificially inflated.

Had a look at tournament software today. LiNing has been removed and it is now Adidas China Masters.

Geez you guys are harsh! If you're going to sponsor a tournament you have to start somewhere! It will be good exposure for Adidas.

Oh, and there's a million dollars prizemoney at the Australian Open this year. That's why it's a Super Series.

How and when is the payment made?
Did Li Ning made any payment?
Will Li Ning be compensated after being dropped/removed as title sponsor?

It took me 8 attempts to post. It replied that the website is not responding.

Why are you assuming they were removed, and didn't remove themselves?

See below in bold. That's where the assumption.
