    hahahahahahahaha

i don't replace the insoles since by the time i needed to, the exterior of the shoe is completely wasted, with scruffed marks at the top of the toe area and the shoes laces are all shredded and the upper leather is basically stretched to its max

so i just replace the shoes completely, which is about once every two years. best shoe i have used is still the yonex shb101ltd

Thanks to the advice from here, I replaced my insoles with the Sobothane Sorbo Pro. Cheapest was from Amazon.
