Why? The match was best of three games and I think Kim Taek Soo already won the match by being 2-0 up and they decided to play the final game and had a little fun with it to entertain the crowd. I don't think either one was trying to lose the third game other than to have fun and entertain the crowd.

LOL...I should add that this is an example of great sportsmanship as both players are willing to put on an exhibition after a match and have fun doing so!!

I think I was being sarcastic there, given all the complaints about lack of sportsmanship in badminton. In the ping pong videos, both of them were also trying to lose here and there too, even though with different intents in mind.
