Victor New Butt Cap Especially In Malaysia.

As the title said. not sure whether got anyone comment on these. I notice that nowadays the victor butt cap is changed to the V sign without the taiwan word below it. Is that normal? and I also notice that there are so many pre order racquet / ordered racquet that arrived directly from taiwan to Malaysia. And I heard rumours that this is the high end copy grade AAA that was made from China. Is that true? Anyone can comment on the genuine characteristic of this?
