hybrid stringbed experience?

    can anyone share their hybrid stringing experience? what i mean is which two string combination did you have on your racket at what tension and what is the characteristic this combination gives you compared to if you only had one string for both main and cross?? and lastly why did you choose what you chose for the main and also for the cross?

    Did you come across the picture adidas posted on facebook? :D

    iirc some people here tried hybrid stringing but it didn't have the desired effect. For example combining a string with good playability with a durable string greatly reduced playability.

    yes i have seen the pix on fb and i also have come across that thread i think...but i was just curious if anyone is still doing that. it would not be beneficial for me personally because the vs850 is very rough and if i make it hybrid with anything else it would just cut it within a few days of playing i'm guessing. :)
