Yup, that's correct, Peter Gade will be doing a special exhibition on February 9th at ClearOne Browngate! Tickets are on sale now and there is an early bird deal which is still available I think. As he has now retired from professional competition, this may be the last time to see him in action if you're in the area! Tickets can be purchased online! Hope to see you there :D

Yeah, it's disappointing to have that conflict but I think it was the only date to fit Peter's schedule. Perhaps if people celebrate earlier and come after maybe?

I thought it was the new years day for chinese calendar that was celebrated, not the eve?

Either way it is clearly very poor form on peter's side and he should take a long hard look at himself. 10 Hail Marys. What a jerk.

Hey idiot, some very casual research will show you that Vancouver is in Canada. While Canada is a multicultural country we use the Gregorian calendar. In addition, a quick biographical check on Peter Gade will show that he is from Denmark which, you guessed it, also uses the Gregorian calendar. While Canada is a diverse country we do not officially observe the holidays of every ethnic group within the country. That means that Chinese New Year is not officially observed in Vancouver, likewise Ukrainian Christmas is not officially observed in Manitoba.

Also, a quick question on UK grammar, do they capitalize proper names over there? Or, is that some local custom we developed here in the colonies?

For five sessions, $150 canadian is good value. How large is the maximum size of class?

Cheung: $150 is for one session, but there are 5 time slot available. they were offering discount if candidate is attending multiple sessions tho. However, I haven't recevied any info of session size limit.

    Cheers
