My movements are not Defined....
So I have learned the basic footworks, I can execute the footwork mediocrely and not consistence enough. Is there training for me to naturally use the correct footwork without thinking too much about it?
Also, about my swings, I find my swing not defined and is rather jerky. As a result, I am missing unnecessary shot when its like right beside me. How can I make my movement more defined?

You can't do it in words. You'll have to get someone experienced to show you both footwork and stroke skills in person. You should also pay attention to better players to see how they do it. Then copy them as much as you can. Some can improve this way but others need a coach to guide them.

i extraly do NOT watch better clubmembers because they still do a lot of crap in my opinion

i rather learn from youtube (coach lee) and watch the pros closely
and like syam i watch especially close to chen long because he is about my height and he doesnt do too much fancy stuff
but the most important thing is to go on the court and practise
no pain no gain!

I'd agree with idwelltvbag actually, chen long especially but more recently du pengyu (for sustained periods) have brilliant form if you want to learn from some of the best for footwork.
