Has anyone used them?

I came across them mentioned on here and since I am looking into getting a Pro's Pro machine I'm interested (I understand they are essentially their official website).

I'm in the UK and I'm wondering if anyone knows what sort of shipping costs I'll be looking at, since they don't give you any idea until the order is actually placed. I want to know how much the overall cost will be before I order so I can work out if it's worth ordering from them or if I'd be better just ordering from a UK based supplier like racquetdepot or W and D.

I've sent them an email as well, but no response as yet, so I thought I'd pick the brains here and see if anyone knew anything.

I'm looking at my old order and I got charged 28 euros (excluding a 20% charge, which might be tax) for 2 parcels. 1 parcel was the dropweight machine and the other one was smaller parcel for the extra bits I've ordered.

If it's still a similar price, that would make it cheaper even to order the more expensive one with the stand (XP-Plus as opposed to the Pilot) although I imagine the postage for that might be a bit more.

Bizarrely they emailed me back literally exactly as you posted that

18 euros for the Pilot or 34.80 for the XP-Plus. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Ordered the XP Plus this morning!

Got to wait until tomorrow for the order to be processed and them to send me a confirmation email so I can pay.

Just for future reference in case anyone else is searching for information about them, arfaian were absolutely excellent.

As said, they weren't always the absolute fastest responding (although they were much quicker after the first time) and were very helpful.

Delivery was quick and everything was as described etc.

Would definitely recommend them.
