Ok so I have been p,aging hockey all my life and recently have started to injure my knee a lot. I am 6"3 and 153lbs and I guess my tendons in my knee go stretched because of how fast i got tall. What happens is the tendons in my knee seem to find a bone to wrap around and stay there causing my leg to be stuck in a notch and I don't know how to make it so I don't have to worry about it! Knee braces don't do anything for me at all so if there are any other suggestions you guys have then please help me out because wrestling has been killing my knee and I'm tired of it!
