Well, I dunno why so much fuss about Sony's loss. It's not as if it's unexpected. Lee Chong Wei at his home-ground, gunning for his record number of Malaysia Open titles, and Sony was totally drained yesterday. For me, it's not a big deal that Sony was thrashed.
Remember, LCW was also thrashed several times by "you know who".

hehehe. for someone who has a threatening life injury to play again at the final of super series tournament already an achievement of its own. If i am not mistaken, his disc at the central spine is dislocated that may result in permanent disability. From the top of Indonesian player, his ranking drop to 200 ++ and eventually is advised to retire. Here once again his fighting spirit is shown. Both are true great sportsman. As a malaysian I am proud of LCW. as a badminton fan. I do admire the spirit that SDK has.

Congratulations Lee Chong Wei!
You have proven once again you are worth being remembered as a great player in our badminton history.
By winning 9 Malaysian Open titles, you have wiped out Wong Peng Soon out of the record. He is overwritten and only you will be remembered in the history of Malaysia Open championship.
Lee Chong Wei - Ninth time champion of Malaysia Open.
As for Lin Dan, I hope to see him wipe off Rudy Hartono's name out of the All England history. So in this world only two players are worth remembering: LIN DAN and LEE CHONG WEI.

I hope Malaysians do not get too excited and complacent like they once did in 2011 and 2012. Here they will go again confirming Lee Chong Wei is officially on course and assured of being world champion or Olympic Champion in August.
Do not forget as long as Lin Dan is still around and alive. Anything can happen and Lee Chong Wei's chance of finishing runner-up in a major tournament will be 100 percent once again.
