    Anyone string their badminton racquet at JJ Sports? I want to try it but has a lot of negative comment from players.

    I've never tried them myself; but a reg playing partner of mine has previously and he doens't go back there anymore.

    If you only play uptown, I'd probably suggest getting it done at the club you play at. I know everyday badminton has stringing service as does Lee's. KC gets theirs done at max sports I think. Or you can go to Koyo (the guy from Yo's); if you're hwy 7 & north; Lee's or Koyo is probably your best bet.

    @borbor,

    Where is Koyo located now?
    I know he can pick up the racquet but like to find out how far is he from where I live.
    I'm looking for someone that can restring on the spot/ same day.

    Thanks.

    He's up in Richmond Hill and AFAIK he doesn't ahve a shop. (He's not my stringer :p too damn far for me as I live downtown)

    So he's out if you need someone to do it same day.

    Alrright, he is too far for me then.
    I'm looking for some one with a short turnaround time in restirnging as I try to reduce my number of racquets.

    Koyo does do same day (sometimes same hour) stringing if you want. He's operating out of his house at the moment near McCowan and Hwy 7. I'm located downtown but I make the trip up to him once every couple of months and give me a bunch of rackets to string. It's completely worth the trip.

    @xzavire,
    Thanks, that location is good for me.
    A few hours turnaround time is good for me.
    Can you give me the info/detail of koyo?
