i decided to make a new thread after finding 0 result at the search area. And i found this > HH●○○○○HL. For the 1st time i see Victor labeled 5/5 at the head heavy section! They removed the titanium feature and replaced it with the catapult technology and also added Graphene this time, like the TK8000! It's no longer aerodynamic this time too > click here for more info about the legend II. P.S changed target to Legend II instead of TK8000 already. IF I JUST HAD ENOUGH MONEY TO BUY IT!
I just got the Legend II in HK. I am probably the 1st guy in HK to try it as the stock came in 5 minutes before I step into the shop !!! I had a few games with it and I cannot say outright that it is a fantastic racquet. Reason being that I am not used to playing in HK as the shuttle speed is different and the air con court has abit of draft. The shuttle actually slow down quite a bit before it reach the opponent such that any smashes can be returned easily. It seems that alot of my smashes went straight and end up as a drive rather than as a smash and it may be due to the material and flex point.
I will give more reviews once I go back to Singapore and have a chance to put the racquet through it's pace. This is definitely not a racquet for fast play. For that, the MX80 is definitely tops. The Legend 2 feels like Voltric Z force in terms of weight and head heaviness.
well...didn't noticed it until you mention it. BTW, it's only available in certain/selected places right?
agree it,The racket looks similar to another racket that Zhao Jianhua promoted for Victor, the Z3000.
Well, I think it will be rare like the Legend that seems to be available in certain countries like TW, CN or HK. I think that it will be released together with the BSLYDN if 1 of your country's retailer has it.
I just got this racquet in Hong Kong but I haven't used it yet because I just strung it today. It's strange how it's 5/5 for HH but the BP for mine is 295mm strung and gripped, but my SW35 has BP 310mm strung and gripped exactly the same way. I also had a problem when I was stringing it, 2 of the shared hole grommets were loose so they came out during stringing unexpectedly. I couldn't put them back in either because the ends of the grommet are spread out (not sure exactly how to describe it). I replaced them with 2 of my own spare grommets which seemed to fit much better. Anyway I'll be using this racquet for a short singles session tomorrow so I'll see how it goes. I'll try to get a review in at some point if anyone is still interested.
It would be interesting. But that BP is just... a disappointment. I thought it would be at least in the 305+ since it is supposed to be 5/5. I guess this isn't Victor's expertise...
