WTA: About my problem
Hey guys. Currently i having mx80 (3ug2) and kason f9.
I am liking the feeling the mx80 which give directness and solid feel. I can out the power during the first few games, with smashes strong. But after few games or after few big smashes, will get easy. So is it about my stamina or?
PS: No pains on my muscles so far.
Using kason f9 have different feel, it is much more save energy. With the small effort, get big power. But sometimes, it is difficult to control the power with the flexible racket.
Any recommendation can help? Thanks pro for giving advices.

or should i go for less stiff racket? like mx jjs?

u can try out bs10.. tried and loving it.. speed, power and accuracy all in 1..

Yep. Go less stiff, eg. MX70, MX60 when you're tired. Good thing is they're from the same series so no need to adapt when changing between games.

karyaw - i have a brand new bs10 here,old stock. whatsapp me if u want? ok... btw....
stamina is another thing..u shud revise on ur technique when using these two different racket...mx80 is purely an energy spoiling racket if u doesnt own string arm and wrist strength,not to say about ur stamina first.... f9 is a really good racket....the only problem with this racket is... the frame is not stable while driving the shuttle..the shuttle will like shiver for a while before going for straight line..u need to control and mind that everytime u switch ur racket from mx80 to f9.... this seems unimportant but it really do affect... mx80 doesnt really need a strong arm to possess it...the right rechnique from ur wrist can simply tame the beast...haha

the technique i believe is ok..but afterawhile i get tired and make more mistake a d. Starting to breath more fast as i mean the tiredness there.

If you are quite overweight, i would not recommend to do treadmill or jogging. Since it is detrimental to your knee. i would suggest you to do elliptical. With similar pattern of training. You just increase the level & speed when you exercise and decrease the level when you are resting.
Additionally, if your weight is normal. You could buy a bending knee for around 1.25kg in each knee and practice jumping rope. The faster and longer the duration, the better it will be.
