    Hi

Could anyone advise who and where I can get my crank tensioner serviced in UK?
It is a small crank tensioner used on a Pro pro portable string machine
I think this tensioner is smaller than the usual crank tensioner or normal size

I had tried to adjust/calibrate the machine but the the lock arm keep spring out and so I can not calibrate it properly

Any advise will be most welcome

    Thank you

You can approach W&D Strings - they have a service department, but I'm not sure they'll do it for things not bought from them.
