01-24-2013, 09:05 AM #18
According to the news, Bodin didn't retire but quit training at National Team Camp. He together with Pakkawat Vilailak, his new teammate got a new sponsor and will start from zero playing in Austria mid Feb.
The cause of leaving was from being mishandled by BAT. According to Bodin, he has been treated with harsh and improper words all along but that he said he can bear. Cutting him out from the team (that will start playing in Indonesia, 2-9 Feb) saying his injury would recur, he cannot. He said has already fully recovered and been back to normal training. In all, he is very unhappy with BAT and decided to leave, ignoring quite a good salary, even though he got a family with a small kid to feed.
His new teammate empathizes Bodin said he used to be in the same shoes. So he quit playing singles and will try his best to adapt himself to play with Bodin using shortest time.
The news ended that 3 years ago a number of NT players leading by Boonsak Ponsana also had problems with BAT and walked out from the camp.

no big deal folks....good player tends to come after him, thailand have many talented player and just look at the ladies player lately...discipline and attitude towards the national team as a team member is important if it not the real reason of injury and personal problem as cited....
