New Victor Racket Chart 2013
Victor (global) has release their new official website. They also have a new racket chart.

What do you think about?
I'm very confused and I am not sure if I should take this chart serious.
Let's compare SW37N:
It is pretty head heavy according the chart. At least 4/5. This spec is stated if you navigate to the racket itself: HH○○●○○HL
MX-80:
Pretty towards mid-balanced accord chart -> ~3/5. Stated racket spec: HH○●○○○HL

that court looks like it was made by a high school kid.
actually, high school kids can probably do a more pleasing job.

maybe the chart is about the purpose of the racket as a whole package, so not only about the stiffness and head heaviness, but also about the frame design, shaft design, material tecnology etc. For example SW37 is less HH compare to MX80, but since they use different frame shape/ technology, SW37 will feel more HH compare to MX80, so good for smashing.
