    Hi everyone,

My club is deciding to change to use feathers this year from plastics. We are budgeting around 250 tubes per year at around 12-13usd including shipping to New Zealand. Any suggestions on a good shuttle that can fit in this price range? The skill level at our club ranges from beginner to high level.

Currently looking at Victor Gold No.1 from Eric at squashmart. A private group of friends has been playing with this and it feels pretty good. I know it is duck feathers though.

Our club went through a similar process. We tried loads of brands and grades and eventually decided it was worth spending a little more money to get better shuttles. Some of the cheaper brands durability was poor and the more expensive shuttles lasted nearly twice as long. The feel of the shuttle also varied. This also helped with choosing the right shuttle speed for the hall and people could choose what they prefered. Buying 250 tubes is a big investment so one you need to get right ;)
