Interesting... India has sent 2nd tier players here. Saina is absent. And also, without sending Ajay jayaram, they are sending Sai Praneeth and Sourabh verma to play. Let's see what these guys will do here.

Sindhu will face Shixian in the second round. I think that this would be her first time meeting her.

Easy draw for Wang yihan whereas Li xuerui need to cross multiple hurdles.. Li xuerui is placed in the side where she is expected to cross Sun Yu , BaeYJ, Sayaka/jiang/Ratchanok, where as Wang yihan does not have any threats..

Sindhu need to cross Wang shixian if she need to move further. Lets see how she performs in the absence of her compatriot Saina nehwal. With the absence of Saina nehwal, who had atleast semifinal entry in all the tournaments recently, that place would be free to be occupied by many now.

In the top half, it would be difficult to predict who will move ahead to the finals unless Jiang will play well, there will be sayaka to stop li xuerui or even before that, Bae JY will be there to stop Li xuerui..

Bottom half, definitely either shixian or yihan need to move to the finals (according to the seedings). But it would be difficult to predict women's singles as usual. Let's see how they perform here...

TS must have made some mistakes or received wrong datas.
I can't see Xu Chen & Ma Jin in the XD-draw list.
