How do 'mentioned' and 'tagged' works?

hehe.

tagging you can type the person's username at the top of the thread. there is a button that brings up the menu.

mentioning you can type the person's name in a thread or a reply, and then add a @ before it and a ; after it.

so @george@chongwei ; should tag you.

for anyone without the '@' in their name, just putting a '@' before will suffice.

what this does is it sends you a email notifying you that you are being tagged.

in the future, when i figure it out, it will also pop up a notification.

this will be very useful for long thread, or for cases when the person being tagged isn't watching that thread closely.

it is still work in progress. some bits are still not completely working. you can of course, start using it.
