There are lots of different methods to build your fitness on court such as

    • Footwork
    • Skipping Rope
    • Sprints (Fakleg or just one way sprints)
    • Suicide runs
    • Long Distant runs (Flat ground or uphill even)
    • Cardio workouts
    • Match Plays or drills
    • Multi-Shuttles

And some other methods too! But being exposed to so many different kinds of trainings, its hard to gauge which one i should prioritize on... like maybe more long distant running instead of always doing cardio?

So does anyone have any great ideas on how to maximize fitness training or how fitness in badminton actually work?

Also i notice with just a short 1-2 days break of court, upon returning I'll feel exceptionally breathless... Does anyone have the same problem too?
