Hi everyone, I'm wondering what racket to get next. Currently I'm using the Arcsaber 10. It's been through a lot and I'll be needing a new racket soon. Position: Doubles (Specialize at the back) Level: Intermediate (?) Local club and on school team Money: Less is better (At max, around 200?) Other: Like doing power shots, but also need that speed for doubles What would be a good choice for my new racket? Thanks!
I think you should take a look at the Voltric series, head-heavy and agile. The vt70 has a thinner frame for a faster swing speed, and the power is decent, but if like producing power smashes, the vt80 might be better suited for you. Of course there's other rackets on the market that might suit your style better than the two I mentioned. If you could, get some of your friends to let you play with their rackets and see which one suits you best.
Hmm, I think the Voltrics would be a nice choice. But I'm not too sure on what the differences are. There's like... well, a lot of them! But would it be right in saying VT70 is the more balanced racket? VT80 is more head-heavy and for smashing? And what about the Z Force? Gahhh so many rackets
They are all head-heavy biased but I guess you could say that the vt70 is more balanced. The z-force has the stiffest shaft, along with the heaviest racket head so it requires more power to cause the shaft to flex.
