Wide shoe with good cushioning

    I'm looking for a wide badminton shoe with good cushioning as Im a big guy. Mid price range hopefully.

    Any ideas?

    Search around for reviews on Nike Kobe 7 (not 8).
    Yes, basketball shoes.

    Otherwise I'd say sc5ex.
    Additionally you can always replace the insole with better cushioning from Spenco Total Support *Max*. Again well reviewed on this forum.

    I'm using asics gel resolution (3?) tennis shoes and I have duckfeet :)

    I'm a big guy, too and have also wide feet. I'm pretty satisfied with Victor Shoes. Yonex is too narrow for me. Give the SH8500 or SH8600 a try. Decent quality and the cushion lasted nearly 1 year. I would prefer the SH8500. Because these are old models you can get them at a sale.
