    Hi Guys,

Like to improve my mid court skills, so wondered if there are any training I or my friends could do, to improve our front court skills when playing doubles, especially helping our rear court partners.

First and foremost: footwork training (both ingame behaviour and fitness)
Second: Multifeeding with concentration on early contact point, racket up and ready, short racket movement, fast backup.

Basically back to base. For front court, base will be just behind the front service line in the middle (the T).

Remember that these shots are hit with precision, not power! The hit should feel like an extension of your arm. Racket in position early, then extend the arm and take the shuttle earlier than you thought possible. Backswing is not necessary.
