    I only bought my N90 maybe a month ago and already sustained a lot of grommet damage. I am not sure if these damages are bad for my racket. Looking at them really irritates me thought. Anyone have any input? Also anyone know where I could find good grommet replacements in US?

    Any input will be appreciated! Thanks. Here are some links to my racket.

    That part of grommets are suppose to protect the strings from the inner frame cutting strings over time. (especially at that corner "2 o'clock")

    I know a friend who has the n90 also have the same problem with the grommets.
    I buy the grommets online. eg. www.mybadmintonstore.com

    cheers

    I see, I dont know much about replacing grommets. Are grommets generally universal? Mybadmintonstore doesn't sell Li Ning grommets. Do you know which ones your friend buys if he did? Also would you know if these are decent for my N90 as they match closest to color to the original ones

    Thanks =)

    Broken gromment is a common issue for LN racket, as well as some newer Yonex models (V80). Yes, you should replace broken / splitted gromments, as it may damage the string, or even racket frame. Generic gromments from HQ or MyBadmintonStore are fine for most Yonex models, but usually not perfect for LN rackets, especially the single-pass (2.1mm) ones. You can use it with patience, but you can tell it's not a perfect fit.
