went to a B grade junior tournament today and met a guy of a new canon 20D and upgrade len (28-300?? with self image stabilizer). He showed me its capacity and some action shots. Very easy to use and impressive. I was trying hard not to drool over his camera. What a toy!!

Yes, 3k is about what he paid for. It was his first digital camera. He said he has some old lens but for digital, so so lens is noticable in digital camera and not so much in film camera he said but hey, what do i know *shrug*

I'm going to faint. $9200 Hong Kong dollars is $1510 Canadian. Retail stores are selling the D70 for $1899 Canadian with kit lens. That's a saving of $400!!!! Of course, there's logistics, taxes to consider

I am not sure for Nikon. But for some other companies, such as Canon or Sony. Some of their warranty are international warranty, which is good at the countries specified at the manuals.

Athough I have a face only my late mother loves, I certainly don't mind. But I can't say for the others although I wouldn't hesitate to just post them, consent or not. Let them sue me later if they're really that cruel!

Probably have enough money to buy a house if I gave up feather 20 years ago.

There is no way of giving up feather. I simply don’t know how to play with plastic shuttle.

I did play with some plastic shuttles with some college kids lately. I have to admit that it is getting closer to the feel of using feather.
