apacs rackets hai everybody iam a new member of badminon cental. Can anyone suggest me about apacs rackets.
i am playing with lining 3d braid powertec 300b. before this i was playing with nanospeed 100. now iam planning to buy apacs edgessaber z slayer. is it worth to switch to apacs.
quite a price differences for both brand top model see how much u willing to spend.. yonex r more expensive...compared to apacs..
the first thing i want to ask is what's wrong with your racket?? imo, NS100 to ES z-slayer is not upgrading, they are just about the same..... ES z-slayer is the copy of Arcsaber Z-slash, but it is not the same..... of course because the price is different...... ES and finapi series is mainly copycat racket from apacs, they copy other brands' rackets like yonex and victor..... if you want to try the "real" apacs racket, you can try visible, tantrum, lethal and tweet international series... i heard a lot of positive feedback like tantrum 200/300, lethal 50/70/90, tweet 500 international, so i think it's worth to try, they are also cheaper than yonex's high end rackets but the quality is just about the same.... but it depends on how much you are willing to spend.....
correction, it should be Tantrum 500 international, not tweet 500 International. Tweet series are 6000/7000/8000. if Lining is too heavy for you then you may consider Tantrum 200/300 which are even balanced rackets.
Do not buy the Apacs Z Slayer. I have one and it feels horrible when I play with it. It vibrates when you hit and just doesn't give a really good punch
yes, i agree with you..... most low-end racket will vibrate, especially if strung with high tension like 27lbs and above..... but looking at the price, i think we cant complain much..... it's up to people to buy or not, but if we have higher budget, this shouldnt be our choice.... it's a copycat afterall, of course the same as the originals.....
just like irwan_kho said, tantrum would be best choice for you.... they are even balance but they are stiff shaft....
Definitely take this advice. I regret buying it and my exact complaint with it is that the vibration is really annoying. Plus, it's a clone. But for the price.. it's whatever.
Mines is actually strung @ 24 and i still feel the vibration. Just me though. Some people say they don't feel it, but I do.
