Lets look at MAS best SC team:-
    1) MS - LCW
    2) WS - TJY
    3) MD - KKK/TBH
    4) WD - The sister pairing ??
    5) XD - CPS/GLY

MAS need to top their group, otherwise I think their route will end in QF. MAS is relying on MS, MD and XD to get the necessary points. Difficult to see how MAS WS and WD can win against China, Indonesia, Denmark (if Tine plays), Thailand, Korea, Japan, or even Taipei or India or Germany.

i think sonia might just earned her place for a rematch against TTY as she beat TTY in axiata cup.
wd will be the cute and the pretty combination.

Shouldn't KKK and TBH be doing more press ups and situps and training according to NCC's statement on men's doubles recent results?

You mean like Lin Dan of China :D
I think KKK is 'too predictable" now, after all the teams analyzed his game. TBH has improved on his front court, and TBH (I think) still has the most powerful smash recorded. Maybe MAS can try out TWK with TBH. I think TWK is quite tricky, he only lack consistency. :)

MAS WS & WD are more likely or guaranteed to lose, but I have a little bit of hope for XD.

Without CPS, MAS won't have a chance for XD.

    Prediction :

MS - High chance of getting point
WS - Low chance of getting points, don't expect Sonia to pull it off against TTY 3 times in a row
MD - Free MD loss if they keep fielding KKK/TBH
WD - I think they have a fair chance.
XD - If based on recent form, low chance. But if they play to expectations, must count of them for a point.

vs Chinese Taipei : 2-3, winning only MS and XD. If they want to win, WD has to win.

vs Germany : 3-2, winning MS, WD and XD. The German XD pair is strong and based on CPS/GLY's performance they might just lose 2-3.
I say they barely scrape fast Germany to reach quarters.

And...? You really were thinking M'sia can get to the semi final when they have only done that once before and the present ladies don't have high ranking?

It's more realistic target to get to quarter final and any win after that is a super bonus....
