Hello for the pros Hope for the pros can help me with this such problem i played badminton around 3 - 5 times a week. Sometimes when i was playing, i feel so fit that i have much energy to use. but sometimes, i feel that i dont have any energy to use. I realize that my lifestyle is not good. sometimes i slept at 2 am - 3 am and wake up at 10 am - 12 pm. and sometimes i slept at about 6 am and wake up at 12 pm, and then go play badminton, but i feel i have enough energy. and also i always skip breakfast, since i wake up around 11 am - 12 am. I'm using VOL ZF with bg 66um tension 26lbs. Can somebody help me to how maintain fit body and what to eat before and after play ? I Have read through posts in this forum, and i still feel blur about it . Hope pros here can help me Thanks
