If Thai were to meet Indo, Probable line-up :-
MS: Sony vs Boonsak - - Sony to win (51%)
    MD: Indo to win (60%)
    WD: 50-50
    XD: Indo to win (52%)

WS: IR to win (55% if against Linda or April), 50%-50% if against Firda.

Btw, what happened to Sony? He seems to be out of action in the latest few tournaments.
I guess it depends on the lineup and order of play. look back at the SF of Axiata Cup..

would PBSI arrange a separated sponsorship auction for the jersey's cup?
or would they leave it to each player's sponsors jersey ?
If I am not wrong, Li Ning already won the INA team sponsor. So this Sudirman Cup will see the whole team wearing Li Ning.

Jakarta (ANTARA News) - Chairman of the Badminton Association of Indonesia (PBSI) Gita Wirjawan expressed the most realistic target for Indonesia in Sudirman Cup badminton tournament was reaching the semifinals.

"If in the Sudirman Cup, the semi-finals have been great. It was a realistic target," said Gita met at the Badminton Friendly Match DPR-RI-PBSI Kemendag onDPR badminton court, Jakarta, on Monday.

In a match that will be held on May 19 to 26 next, at Putra Stadium, Bukit Jalil, Kuala lumpur, Malaysia, Indonesia Sudirman Cup team into the group of death due to join India and defending champions China. Seeing this, Gita assess the competition to win the title pretty heavy for Indonesia.

Previously, Gita makes Sudirman Cup as one of the main targets of the PBSI than All England, World Championships and SEA Games. Since the first champion in the event the Sudirman Cup 1989, Indonesia has never again won the mixed team world championship title was. In 2011, the Indonesian team was only able to reach the semi-finals.

"The reality is that the power is evenly distributed, then the target is not too high. Realistic targets semi-final," said the PBSI chairman who is also the Minister of Trade.

Even so, Gita emphasizes preparations ahead of the tournament which has been designed including an increase in the duration of training and motivation to the team every week, is useful not only for the tournament but also for years to come.

"Of those programs, we'll see the results next 3-4 years. Important thing in the future," said Gita.

On the same occasion, the Division Head Christian Hadinata Pelatnas PBSI, said Indonesia had the opportunity really to see if it has been in the last eight. Later, runner ups still get through the group will be drawn again.

"We have eight of the first. Example China group winners, runners-up then if we still can expect to meet China again because then the runner up will be drawn again," said Christian.

He added, "And from there we can see our achievements up to that. And here not to happen again picky opponent.

"The point is if the group matches, if we have a strong point not to be stolen. By the time the five line-up is revealed, each of them should have chance to get point," said Christian.

if Sonny is still nursing his injury, can PBSI call Alamsyah Yunus to sub in. He has a never-die fighting spirit. He just won the Malaysian GPG.

The knock-out stage drawing is really crucial for INA team as most likely INA will be out as runner-up group 1A as an impact being grouped with hot-fave CHN.
Hopefully INA will not face CHN once again too early in QF...

    No Sony, Simon and Firda.

We'll probably see Greysia/Nitya combination again in SC, nice!

So from the official list.. The strongest team that INA could make is :

    MS : Tommy

    WS : Lindaweni
She could spring surprise to anyone.. remember the time when she beat WYH in 2 games recently, not to mention she is in the top 15 now.

    MD : Hendra/Ahsan
This will probably the department that INA want to steal point at.

    WD : Greysia/Nitya
Most of INA fans are wishing they will be back as a pair again. They could beat any pair (except WXL/YY)

    XD : Towi/Butet
They should secure 1 point for INA.

How could INA win with only Tommy Sugiarto and Hayom Rumbaka in the roster?
