Default team management and teenager behavior problems

Nowadays, teen girls have much more problems than teen boys. There is no exception in the Chinese badminton youth team (or 2nd team).

Teen girls were used to be easier to manage before, that was the reason, China's female players achieved more than male players.

Now things are different, in the Chinese badminton 2nd team, boys are good, concentrating on training, while girls are causing all kinds of troubles. The managers and coaches failed to manage the girls in the national team now, especially in the 2nd team.

That's the reason, now Chinese boys outperformed girls at the Aussie open.

The total win-loss for CHN 2nd team WS is : 8-4.

The total win-loss for CHN 2nd team MS is : 19-3.

The total win-loss for CHN 1st team MS (Gao Huan) is : 2-1.

2nd team MS players: Tian Houwei, Xue Song, Qiao Bin have improved a lot recently. They are all better than the 1st team player: Gao Huan.

While the WS players are struggling with their teenager problems. The normal training even failed to proceed.

    check and compare the results:

2012 All England, Li XR, Wang YH, Wang SX grabbed the top 3 positions.

2013 All England, none Chinese MS in semi final.

While on the MS side, even without Lin Dan, China got all the titles since German open, swept all titles of All England, Swiss, and Aussie open.

Not just Chen Long, Not just Wang Zhengmin, but also a group of teenagers.

Not just a winner, but also all finalists in Swiss open, AO, ....

On the WS side, except some sporadic performance from Wang YH, Wang SX, there's really nothing worth to mention.
