I've recently injured my right leg ,so I'll have to rest a bit from training. So if someone can tell me some exercises that I can do without including the leg,but still improving something (arms,wrists...)?

Is it some kind of serious injury and you have to isolate your leg completely? There are plenty of upper body exercises to do using weights and machines.

The obvious exercises would be pull ups (or chin ups, or both) and dips. You can progressively add weight using a dip belt or other harness-like item.

Core training! Always helpful and rarely focussed on! Especially exercises that strengthen the back, as most people miss it out, and it is under a lot of pressure on court.
