Hi everyone, im looking purely for players to train with to gain back my fitness about 10 years back..well not exactly but to loose weight and gain back my skills.
Am 32 this year and use to play back then.
I would not know how to grade my skills.
Looking for khakis to play/train in badminton as i am staying in the north (Woodlands)
Can travel as i ride,but prefer not to go so far.
Timing available is after office hrs mostly from 6pm onwards as i work 8-5 and alt sat.
I already started joining some people in my company on tues but i believe this will not help me in the long run to gain my fitness and skills then.
Main agenda is to sweat as much n burn the calories in badminton!!!
This is what we provide for one who joins our badminton club:-
1. We provide bananas and energy drinks to those whom may need
2. We assist to provide pain relief spray if one should develop cramps
3. We use quality shuttlecocks and strictly restrict the total number of players which is 1 of our main principles.
One would still need to pay irregardless the reason if should cancel last min/ no show with no replacement.

If possible i would like to find on a thurs and sun...kind of my regime is tues 1 day rest then thurs then rest 2 days and then sun....but 3x per week sounds abit much...not sure if my body can take it =/
