    The table below includes all the IBF's events winners in 8 events as follows:

    1). The men's team world badminton championships - Thomas Cup from 1948

    2). The women's team world badminton championships - Uber Cup from 1956

    3). The individual world championships - World Championships from 1977

    4). The team world championships - Sudirman Cup from 1989

    if Kim and Ra do indeed retire after the Olympics, then they lose their chance of leveling ParkJB's record of winning 3 mixed doubles WC. but still, i am going to put Kim at the same league as Park.

    True Kwun, I would put the Park and Kim as the top two all time best all round doubles players.

    But if Park had kept playing he would doubtless have won more honours as well, when he came out of retirement for the Surdiman cup in 93 he was still no.1 and was only just edged by Kim in the olympics when he returned for the mixed.
