Hey all, so I've been playing badminton for a while now and it's been like 6 years in counting. However, at the start of this year, I started to flick more with my wrist, but realized that I'm using my arm too much, and my shoulder started to hurt. I've rested it for a bit (like 2-3 weeks) before started playing, but it came back again. So one, definitely something wrong with my form and two, it occasionally hurts once in a while from just sitting or doing nothing... This is driving me insane any way of treating my shoulder aside from changing my form?:crying:
