Can anyone point me in the direction of rackets outside of Yonex, Victor and Li Ning which are known to be extra stiff. Just looking for information on the stiffness, the balance and weight are secondary factors.

    thanks in advance

Are the newly released Carlton Vapour Trail Elite's the same as the older version? I'd heard the older version was stiffer...

Forza has one that is super stiff... TI555VS or something like that.

There's also RKEP XP60, which is not super stiff like MX80 but pretty close.

Totally agree ! The Carlton Vapour Trail Elite is really stiff !

The Mizuno TC700 is another stiff racquet.

DC Badminton (Panda Power) Ultra and Trinity racquets are stiff also.

Ultra doesn't come close to MX 80 in stiffness. Trinity only mid stiff.

TC700 is very stiff but apparently lacks feel(?).

I have a Yonex B500, weighs like 150g, solid and stiff as hell. Absolutely kills my arm when I use to play with it

U live in UK n already tried Voltric Z-Force which are supposed to be stiff n head-heavy rackets. Lesser known brands would be Carlton n Forza. However, lesser known brands are usually not as strict/good on their QC so same model but different batches rackets might feel different.

I have given up buying rackets online because even Yonexes do feel different within same models (different batches/serial #s). I already tried n owned like 20 rackets, mostly non-Yonexes, for the past 5 years n feel that the best way to buy a racket for intermediate/advanced players are by feel, in-person. As for extra stiff rackets, i don't really feel that they are good choices for the fast games now (compared to 30 years ago). Extra stiff rackets only suitable for singles n especially wristy/powerful players like Lin Dan, Taufik (at his prime) can utilize stiff rackets to their max potential.

Fu Hai Feng, Tan Boon Heong have powerful smashes but they uses medium stiff rackets.
    Just my 2c.
