So the other day my partner and I play double against a twin brother.

They both use Apacs 120g Training racket, and they have good placement, but their

smash is not very strong. I was like WTH??/

Now I want to buy a training racket, but what weight should I get? 120g 140g 160g 180g

I want to max out my arm and wrist power.

I have the 120, 140 and 160. if you are only going to get one I would get the 120 as it is heavy enough make you build up strength but can be used in normal game play. With grop and strings the rackets weigh 10 to 20 grams more anyway. I then use the 140 if I am playing with beginners or drills and the 160 for shadowing.

At first you will find it hard to clear or smash but once you get used to it you will build wrist and arm strength.
