Over a year and a half ago, I posted a picture of my bag's contents here. A year and a half later, I'm still using the same bag. Here are the contents:

Yonex 9824 bag (very droopy now)
(3x) Apacs Stern 100
(3x) Apacs Stern 85
Apacs Nano 900 Power White
Yonex Graphlex 120
Aeroplane Black Label shuttles (I usually carry four of these to club practices)

Tite grip anti-sweat cream
Various grips (Supergrap, Kawasaki, Winex, Bonny)

Anti-cramp spray
Sharpies & pens
Tissue
Camera & charger
Tissue
USAB and SDBC memberships
iPhone battery pack
Granola bar
Spoon (you never know when you're going to need one!)

For tournaments, I usually manage to cram in a few shirts, bottles of water, large roll of Supergrap, and towels. I might need to get a 9-racket bag soon...

Actually I seldom use any of them... I simply emptied out my bag yesterday and included whatever was present in the picture. Looks like I've accumulated a few wristbands huh..

At least you can organize a somewhat rotation if they are too dry..

I have 4, i go through about 2 per night and then when they are in the wash i can use the other 2.

I only have 2 (Babolat) but I don't use it....
Actually I can only see Nathan Robertson as a pro using wrist band, while lots of tennismen use it !!

Different subject to the thread but i use it to stop sweat on my arm going onto my hand.

Update: Sadly my Mavis 300s got stolen, there were about 4 new ones in there too, now i have about 7 homemade towel grips, my AT 500 has a homemade towel grip on it and Arcsaber 10 has Lavender BG-85 instead of Red BG-70 Pro, and it is double overgripped =P Dry Gripped and towel gripped
