Do you think a once or twice use of a Exthree EX 2600 DC is worth 1100 CAD?

    It's practically brand new,

This one has the twist top off caps as it fully clamps on the top.

Or should i get this ExThree? 800$ is the price on this <--
Doesn't have the same clamps, has quite a bit of scratches on it. He said it was from moving.
has just the straight 12 and 6 o clock bars.

This is what it looks like

this thing is heavy, if you buy local, save you couple hundred of shipping fees, I would go for the $800 and save a bit more to get the wise 2086 head in the future, the 2nd one definitely used, scratch from the machine at all 4 corners, wears on the base of the clamps, and the rail , where the base moving back and ford. if u can negotiate further down, base on "scratch from moving" to "Used machine" the price will be much more less, in Dec 2012 someone in Niagara falls area listed this machine on kijiji for $500 used condition and sell in the winter. I had string 3 racquets with this machine, not too bad compare with other machines, i'll be happy to have this and wise head for $1100 Can. I may interested in the crank if you decide to go wise head.

If you're gonna buy these used machines at that price, I think you should look at this machine:

For the same price, you're getting something equivalent or better and new. You'll have to wait a little since it's back ordered though...

I don't think so. You'd have to order from Wise or ATS

I agree, definitely get the Wise 2086 machine with the cheaper of the two options you have. It will be far more beneficial. Additionally, you can use the crank if the Wise ever breaks down.

There are a few places you can order the Wise, though if you're shipping to Canada from any of these places, you might incur an import fee:
    -Wise @ tennishead.com
    -watdon.co.uk
    -tennis-warehouse.com
    -ATS sports

I would say stick with Wise and tennis-warehouse, especially if there's someone in USA that can let you use their address and you can pick it up from them.

Custom fees are not that bad, it'll cost you more in gas to go there than paying them :p

I think it cost me like 40 bucks or something like that.

Did you order from ATS? I actually had a friend living in the States that makes the commute regularly so it worked out to free for me :p

Something like that. I think the value of the package was marked lower than what it is, which is why it didn't cost so much in custom fees.
