Big grip VS Small grip?
Which one you prefer? and why?

Big if you're a power player, small if you're a deceptive placement player. I prefer medium.

There is no big or small, only corrected grip size.

Extremely thin (small) for deception and quick movement.

I think this is different for each person, we all have different size hands also right?
I prefer medium. Wood, protection tape, thick overgrip.

I think it depends on liking, level of play, technique and the size of your palm. I have small hands and use Yonex G4 with a layer of towelgrip on wood for summer and a layer of thin overgrip with less overlapping for winter.
From my experiences I lose control and can't change the grips quickly if I use a too thick grip. It offers a strange feeling like holding a tin of coke and I cant use fingerpower properly. Maybe I have small girlish hands. I noticed only disadvantanges if I use a too thick grip. Too thin grips can cause tennis elbows, but I never had problems.

From that picture, I advise having a smaller grip diameter. YMMV.

I agree. That grip seems a bit big.

Funny thing. At my club all are laughing about my small grip.
I must add that I grapped it loose on the picture. If I grap it tight my ring and middlefinger touch my palm clearly.

A little on the big side (G5 stock grip with G08 0.75mm):
Perfect size (G5 stock grip with G11/G09 0.6mm)
Of course the bigger one feels very nice and cushy but on certain occasions, I feel like the racket is also going to fly off when I do an extra large and fast swing!
